About these terms.

A305X is an independent art and merchandise project created by Ivaylo Peytchev. These terms describe the permitted use of our website, original artwork, free games, and optional sharing features. Read more on the About A305X page.

Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree with them, do not use its interactive features or materials.

Explore. Play. Respect others.

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not send threats, harass others, impersonate someone, distribute malware or spam, or share content you do not have permission to use.

Do not disrupt the site, bypass its security or usage limits, or access information that is not intended for you. We may restrict access or remove submitted content that violates these rules.

Artwork, games & printables.

A305X artwork, branding, designs, and original site content belong to A305X or their respective rights holders. Viewing a design does not transfer ownership or commercial reproduction rights.

You may play our free games and use materials explicitly offered as printables for personal, noncommercial use. Keep any credits or rights notices intact. This permission does not include selling copies, printing merchandise for sale, or presenting the designs as your own. Any separate license supplied with a file governs that file.

Our characters and games are creative entertainment. The Chill Pill is an art and game concept, not medicine, a supplement, or something to swallow. Character dialogue and AI replies are not professional advice.

Your words stay yours.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give A305X permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the feature you choose, such as opening a shareable Flock message. You are responsible for having permission to submit it.

Anyone with a share link can view and forward its content. Do not include private information about yourself or anyone else, payment credentials, or confidential material. AI-generated replies may be inaccurate; review them before relying on or sharing them.

Products, payments & fulfillment.

The collection currently contains designs and products in development. Mockups and campaign images illustrate ideas; they do not establish stock, final specifications, a delivery date, or an offer to accept an order.

Order only items with an active purchase option in the store. Review the product description, available options, price in US dollars (USD), shipping charges, and final total before paying through Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Before physical sales open, each available product will have final details and a price, and our store information page will explain shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer support. Those purchase details must be available before you pay. These website terms do not set a return window or promise delivery for an unreleased product.

“Wear the noise. Fund the peace.” is our anti-war message. No charitable payment offer is currently active. Any future donation-linked promotion will need its own published beneficiary and contribution details; see our anti-war message.

Privacy & outside services.

Our Privacy page explains the website’s technical data, optional submissions, share links, and browser storage. Please read it before submitting information.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Following a link does not mean A305X controls that service. If checkout becomes available, card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page.

Availability & your rights.

We may update or suspend website features for maintenance, improvements, or misuse. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page, game, or AI reply will be free of errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you, or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Updates & contact.

We will publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Changes are intended to apply going forward and do not replace the terms of an earlier purchase.
