Good questions.
Clear answers.
Product availability, ordering, shipping, and returns — in one place.
Physical orders are not open. We are not taking payments or preorders for the collection at this time.
Ordering & payment.
The collection currently shows designs and products in development. “In development” and “design mockup” do not mean an item is in stock. Prices, final specifications, and purchase options will appear on the product page when an item is ready.
Products with a purchase button can be ordered through Stripe’s hosted payment page. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Review the item, quantity, shipping charges, and final total before paying. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page.
Free online games and the Chill Pill printable do not require a purchase. Browse the store for each item’s current status.
Shipping & delivery.
Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, and delivery estimates have not been finalized. These details will be published before physical orders open. No shipping date is promised for a concept or mockup.
Returns, refunds & cancellations.
Physical sales have not opened, so a purchase-specific returns policy is not yet in effect. The return period, item eligibility, return-shipping responsibility, cancellation process, and refund process will be published here before orders are accepted.
Customer support.
For product questions, order help, or privacy requests, email orionmind@gmail.com.
If your question concerns a purchase, include the order reference and item name. Do not email card numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials.
A few more things.
Are the product pictures photographs of stock?
Images labeled “design mockup” or “campaign image” illustrate a design. They are not proof of inventory, and the final product details will be published separately.
Is The Chill Pill medicine?
No. It is an art-object concept and a party game. It is not medicine, a supplement, or something to swallow.
Where can I play the games?
Start with Pass the Chill Pill, Vote for Yesterday, or the games section on the homepage.
Does buying something count as a donation?
